HOW WE GOT STARTED…
Gene and Michelle were born and raised right here in the local community. Gene started in the auto body industry in the spring of 1986 when his brother Scott offered him a job detailing cars at a body shop in St. Helens, Oregon. That next summer in 1987 Gene began his apprenticeship in St. Helens, and began to dream of having his own body shop one day. Gene has performed at a professional level in all areas of the collision industry. He has been a painter, collision technician, manager and thrives in customer service believing that’s what sets him apart from the competition. Gene & Michelle understand that it is important to deliver an excellent product and that’s why they continue to make sure their technicians are trained with the latest technology. Tate & Amy know customer service and how to make someone feel special. This is the kind of service I recall from years goneby. Thanks to them, my car repair was a breeze. Amy arranged for my rental car and even got me the same make and model as my own. Repairs were expertly performed and done in a timely manner. And then… it was time to pick up my rig. First of all, I didn’t need to bother with returning the rental car ~ GT took care of that for me. How nice! And then, imagine my surprise to find out that besides repairing my bumper, they had detailed my entire car too! Just beautiful, every square inch of it. My rubber mats look brand new, as do my wheels and tires. I felt like I was driving a brand new car. I’m so thankful to have an establishment of this caliber right here in a Longview. Great shop, they do good work. I had the unfortunate pleasure to have to deal with them twice in the last 6 months on two diff cars and they made the cars look brand new. They even detailed the cars inside and out when they were done. The staff is friendly and all have a smile on their face and make sure you get taken care of.
